I need to use Quicken for work. Should I do a dual boot system, or run Windows in a Virtual Box on the Zorin OS? I want to use Zorin as my primary OS.
A Virtual Machine would be the best option, so that you can confine Windows to see only what you want it to see.
I have a tutorial up on this forum on how to install VMWare and use it to create an installation from within your Linux OS. I did it on Ubuntu, but Zorin is Ubuntu derived, so it will work.
Keep in mind that the versions may have advanced (I have a note on it in the tutorial in the segment where it applies). You can find the tutorial here.
In my experience, this approach provides the fastest and most compatible version of Windows from within your Linux OS.
Thank you for your help and guidance. Will try this later today
