Having issues with setting up audio in Ubuntu studio.

Debugging an audio issue can be either a very simple setting or a driver/hardware issue.
Let’s rule out hardware:

Did the audio work before you installed Ubuntu?

Are you testing sound through just the native speakers and headphone jack, or is this an advanced audio card?
