For some reason, my text notification sounds have stopped working. I’ve checked all the settings both in phone and app and can’t figure out what happened. Big clue is that when I go to select a tone for notifications, there’s no sound on any of them. That tells me it’s a setting somewhere but have no idea what to check next. I appreciate any help. An online search hasn’t revealed anything helpful.
What should appear to work doesn’t seem to work. I can see how people get discouraged trying to figure this out. These buttons on the screenshots that appear to be toggle buttons don’t work. When I attempt to click on them, nothing happens.
