Problem installing software with Zorin

Hello! I am getting this “authentication required” dialog box wen trying to install software,
When click on “authenticate” nothing happens, so can only cancel out of it.
My OS is Zorin.
This is the dialog box -

Hey @irenes!
For some reason, the file permissions of the “helper” changed. Open up a terminal and execute the following command:

sudo chmod 5755 /usr/lib/policykit-1/polkit-agent-helper-1

And then try again to see if that one helps.
