Need HP Scanner Driver

Hello all, I successfully installed my HP Officejet 8740 printer to Linux Mint. I also need the scanner to work, and wonder if there are any pointers anyone could share. Many thanks, Penny

I use NAPS2 for scanning and love it. I’m using fedora linux, but looked it up for linux mint.

I have an epson all in one ecotank printer. I can scan and print. Love it.

If you open “Document Scanner”, does it see your device?

Where do I find Document Scanner in Mint?

Wow! I downloaded NAPS2 and it picked up my HP right away. Thanks so much, I’m loving this Linux laptop more every day!
