How do i Make bootable USB in Linux?

I have created and installed Zorin on Mac, but i used Mac to make bootable USB, but i cant figure out how can i do it on Zorin now. Want to try Budgie.
I downloaded Budgie and Etcher.
And when i click on Etcher to Flash from files, i see Ubntu-Budgie- i click on that,
then it asks to “Open” i click on that and it doesnt go anywhere

Cant find anything on Youtube either, all the tutorials how to do it on Windows or Mac

Search the dd command for making a bootable drive from an .ISO file. Very simple to use and you’ll learn a little bit in the process.
