Can't comment in Telegram group

Hi,

Just a quickie, I cant comment in the Telegram Channel on posts. Any idea why? Says I was banned by Admin, which is odd as I have never previously commented.

The Telegram groups shuts off for commenting during the evening (US time). If you are in Telegram, you can contact one of the admins and ask them for help. It might be faster.

I reply from US and it does not let me during day, and we cant contact admins as we are blocked..

How can I contact the admin if I can’t post in the chat ?
