Excellent!
I had discussed your issue with the other admins and they confirmed a suspicion I had. Essentially, Virtual Machines are a great way to test out an OS, but things often get lost in translation.
Effetively what is happening is that Linux Mint is not able to detect or communicate with the Bluetooth on your All-In-One. This is a shortfall with VirtualBox.
The good news is that Linux Mint is what is a called a Live Medium, meaning that you can run it as a dedicated computer right off of the USB if you boot into it. It will save any changes you make or files you edit or download. If you haven’t tried that approach, it could solve your Bluetooth situation.
I bought a Samsung 128GB USB drive for $25 off of Amazon and have used it excessively for this purpose.
