We had an interesting conversation over on Telegram, regarding another Brave issue. This time, Brave was not recognizing the keyring/password, so for some external links, would voluntarily append
/–password-store=basic
to the end of those URLs. That produced an “Oops! That page can’t be found”, empty page.

The remedy was to uninstall / reinstall Brave.
Amazing. I’ve been running Brave since I first booted up Mint. Never had any issues with Brave. Is this for a specific website or distro?

Brave’s been working great for me, too, until recently. A known bug, according to what I’ve been reading.

That’s a strange Brave issue, and the keyring problem explains why links were breaking. Good to know that uninstalling and reinstalling Brave fixed it.
