Virtual Windows Set-up "Drive D" not working

Hi I’m following workshop 25 to install a virtual windows machine using VMware. At the stage of installing VMware tools I’m getting stuck. Windows is visibly there. I click this PC and find that the DVD drive isn’t labelled with “VMware tools.” When I double click it, I get a window saying “An error occurred while ejecting 'DVD Drive (D)”."

Any thoughts?
