Port Forwarding and an ISPs provided eero system (NextCloud LMS)

Hey Guys - I was wondering if anyone else was having issues setting up port forwarding using their ISPs provided eero system? I have opened up ports for HTTP and HTTPS through the eero app, I have also port forwarded to those ports from another router that sits between the server and the eero. If anyone has battled this, let me know. If anybody has battled this and WON - definitlely let me know! This is the last thing I can think of before reinstalling this whole shebang and see if maybe I screwed something up. I am doing the NextCloud Hub II LMS and I am at the bottom of page 19 but when I put in my server name I get a Forbidden - you don’t have permission to access this site. I am at my wits end!! Cheers!!
