Hi everyone, I have added Mint to my usb and was able to successfully install on an older laptop (laptop #1) . Yay! I want to add Mint to a second laptop (laptop #2) . It has 8 gb Ram so I don’t have any issues with that. Can I use the same usb to install Mint on laptop #2? Or do I need to delete the files on the usb, and go through the process again? I wasn’t sure if during the install process for laptop #1 if files get transferred over requiring a fresh file to be added to the usb for install on laptop #2. I hope that makes sense. Thank you!
Hello @dragonfly!
You can use the same USB to install to as many systems you’d like. There’s no limitation! The USB medium is the main-generic approach and everything gets customized - in the Kernel - depending on the system it detects. So, fear not!
